Stephanie Boateng

Stephanie Boateng is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a secondee in the Finance & Special Situations Group at Brown Rudnick LLP since September 2019. Stephanie also founded the British-Ghanaian Lawyers Union in June 2019 and holds a position in Private Equity and Credit at Permira. Additionally, Stephanie has been a VP in Global Regulatory Compliance at HSBC since 2015. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at Ariel Re and an Analyst in Legal & Compliance at Goldman Sachs.
