Aj Minotte

AJ Minotte has extensive work experience in various roles within the product development and project management fields. They began their career in 2004 at Briggs & Stratton as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for design and new product development. Their work focused on emissions compliance, systems design, cost reductions, and production support.

In 2012, AJ Minotte joined The Comfort Company as a Director of Product Development, a role they currently hold. They then moved to Permobil in 2017, where they held multiple roles including Director of Product Development, Director of Project Management, and currently, Director of the Program Management Office.

Throughout their career, AJ Minotte has demonstrated expertise in product development, project management, and emissions compliance in the manufacturing industry.

AJ Minotte earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007.
