Fredrik Skantz

Fredrik Skantz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, quality management, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager for Permobil EMEA since May 2023, Fredrik implements and maintains improvement programs across EMEA sites while developing lean champions in the region. As CEO and Operations Manager at Panthera AB since November 2016, Fredrik oversees operations and IT. Previously, Fredrik held several roles at Human Care AB, including Director of Quality and Operations, where responsibilities spanned group-level management across international subsidiaries. Fredrik's earlier career includes positions at Danaher Motion, Landstinget Sörmland, IKEA Group, and Volvo Construction Equipment, showcasing a strong foundation in production support, quality improvement processes, and operational management. Fredrik holds a University Certificate in Electrical Engineering from Örebro University and has furthered education at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
