Germán Andres Rubio Santamaria

Germán Andres Rubio Santamaria is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance, project management, and supply chain operations. Currently serving as the Maintenance and Project Manager for Production, Logistics, cogeneration, and facilities at Permoda since March 2021, Germán previously held key leadership roles, including Supply Chain Manager at Vialambre Ltda., Plant Manager at Primadera, and various managerial positions at Comestibles Ricos S.A. Demonstrating a strong focus on continuous improvement and efficient production models, Germán has consistently led teams in achieving strategic objectives through lean manufacturing practices. Germán holds multiple degrees, including a specialization in project management from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a mechanical engineering degree from Universidad Central. Additionally, Germán is certified as a Black Belt in Lean Manufacturing.
