Paulette Kelly Smith, M.S.I.O., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and business management. Currently, Paulette serves as the Business Owner of Hidden Gem Designs, LLC, and holds the position of Product Development Manager and Event Coordinator at Pero Family Farms Food Company LLC since October 2018. Previous experience includes serving as Client Services Manager at Pero Family Farms from May 2008 to October 2020, and working as an assistant at Rockland Teachers' Center Institute from 1999 to 2001. Paulette earned a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Keiser University between 2019 and May 2022.
