Jennifer Chiang has had a varied and successful career in customer success. Jennifer began their career as an Intern at The White House in 2013. Jennifer then moved on to become a Summer Analyst at JPMorgan Chase in 2014. In 2015, they joined Yup Technologies Inc. as both a Director of Customer Success and Business Development Analyst. In 2018, they became an Author of The Startup's Guide to Customer Success at New Degree Press. This book was rated in the top 10 CS books by CSM Practice and EGlobalis and was featured in various publications. Most recently, in 2021, Jennifer Chiang was appointed as the Head of Customer Success at Seso Inc.
Jennifer Chiang holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus in International Political Economy and a Certificate in International Development from Georgetown University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Level 2 Award in Wines with Distinction from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in July 2022, CSM Management from SaaSy Sales Leadership in October 2021, UX Interaction Design from Designlab in September 2017, and a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in January 2018.
