Sarah Stephenson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Sarah started their career as a Communications Intern at Dean Foods in 2009. From there, they moved on to work at Henri Bendel as a Sales Lead Manager, where they were quickly promoted due to their strong sales performance. In 2010, they joined CBRE as a Corporate Recruiter and was later promoted to a Recruiter specializing in Human Resources, Valuation, and Research positions.
In 2014, Sarah joined JLL as a Senior Recruiter, where they were responsible for the recruiting needs of various business lines within the Central and Southwest U.S. regions. Sarah was also part of a team that implemented a new job family recruiting model. Sarah continued their recruiting career at Perot Investments and Perot Jain, where they held the positions of Talent Acquisition Director and Vice President of Talent Acquisition, respectively.
Simultaneously, Sarah was also involved with the SMU Cox School of Business as an Associate Board Member of the Folsom Institute for Real Estate. Currently, Sarah is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Hillwood since 2018, where they have held various roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Director.

Sarah Stephenson attended Edina Senior High School from 2001 to 2005. Sarah then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs at Southern Methodist University from 2005 to 2009.
