Carla Di Meo is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Head of People at Perpetum Energy since June 2024. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Carla founded Carla Di Meo BV, overseeing daily business operations, HR, and finance from January 2022 to May 2024. Previous roles include COO at Rekruut and Chief People Officer at Pozyx, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, onboarding, and HR system implementation in fast-growing environments. Carla also held the position of Head of Finance and People at Contract.fit, contributing to both HR and financial strategies in a scale-up context. As the founder of WØRK, Carla assisted start-ups and scale-ups in establishing effective HR frameworks. Earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Martens & Brijs, where client relationships and successful hiring outcomes were priorities.
