Frederique Welgryn

Frederique Welgryn has had extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Frederique currently holds the position of Global Vice President, Women's Health at Perrigo Company plc since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as Chief Strategic Operations and Innovation Officer and Chief Operating Officer at HRA Pharma from February 2018 to April 2023. Frederique also held the role of Women's Health Global Therapeutic Domain Director at HRA Pharma from September 2012 to June 2016. Before joining HRA Pharma, they worked as the Head of Operations at HRA Pharma France from 2010 to 2012, and as the Oncology & Neurology Franchise Director at Sanofi Aventis France from January 2009 to January 2010. Frederique also has experience at AstraZeneca as the Oncology - Urology Business Unit Director from September 2002 to November 2008. Frederique began their career as a Marketing Manager at Roche Pharmaceuticals from March 1998 to September 2002. Additionally, they worked as a Managing Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young from September 2000 to September 2002.

Frederique Welgryn attended Université Paris Cité from 1987 to 1993, where they earned a pharmacist degree. In 2004, they also briefly studied at HEC Paris and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management.
