Leila Bahbah has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing and brand management. Leila began their career as a Merchant Intern at Sears Holdings Corporation in 2007 before transitioning to the role of Assistant Buyer in 2008. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Marketing Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation. In 2012, Leila enrolled as a full-time student at Kelley School of Business, where they remained until 2014. Following their studies, they joined Nestlé as a Summer Marketing Associate in 2013. Leila then worked at General Mills as a Senior Associate Marketing Manager from 2014 to 2017. Leila later joined Conagra Brands as a Brand Manager, where they stayed from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Leila holds the position of US Women's Health Brand Lead at Perrigo Company plc, having previously served as Sr. Brand Manager for Nasonex & Burt's Bees Remedies and Brand Manager for Nasonex Rx-to-OTC Switch at the same company.
Leila Bahbah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona from 2004 to 2007. Leila later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington from 2012 to 2014.
