Timothy Kasbaum

Timothy Kasbaum is an experienced laboratory technician at Perry's Ice Cream, where responsibilities include testing for bacteria growth in finished and raw materials and conducting environmental listeria swabbing. Prior to this role, Timothy worked in meat customer service at Wegmans Food Markets, creating ready-to-cook meals and managing ground beef production. Experience also includes monitoring asbestos abatement projects for the Stohl Group of Companies and interning with Erie County, assisting with household hazardous waste events. Timothy began a career in foodservice as a produce associate at Tops Markets, overseeing inventory and guiding coworkers. Timothy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University at Buffalo and a certificate in Dairy Science and Sanitation from Cornell University.
