James Foley

James Foley's work experience includes a role as Counsel and Compliance Officer at Pershing Square Capital Management, L.P. starting in March 2023. Before that, they worked as Counsel at MEMX from March 2020 to March 2023. James also served as Vice President, Legal at EquiLend from May 2018 to March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP from September 2016 to May 2018. James Foley gained experience as a Legal & Compliance Intern at Morgan Stanley from November 2015 to July 2016 and as a Legal Intern as part of the Student Honors Program at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from January 2015 to April 2015. James began their career as a Registered Representative at Fidelity Investments from November 2011 to July 2013.

James Foley obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Brooklyn Law School, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Michigan State University, graduating in 2011. Moreover, James Foley acquired additional certifications, including the Series 63 from FINRA in March 2012 and the Series 7, also from FINRA, in February 2012.
