Bec Bradley

Bec Bradley's work experience includes positions at various financial institutions. Bec started their most recent role as Head of Risk, Clearance & Collateral Management at BNY Mellon in June 2021. In this role, they oversee risk management and ensures the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risk. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operational Risk & Control at Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, starting in July 2016. In this position, they managed Pershing's Operational Risk Team and provided oversight of the operational risk management framework. From April 2011 to July 2016, Bec worked as the Director of Compliance at Lockwood Advisors, Inc, an affiliate of Pershing LLC and BNY Mellon. Bec specialized in investment adviser compliance and supported business initiatives in a complex regulatory environment. Before joining Lockwood Advisors, Inc, Bec held the position of Deputy General Counsel, Vice President and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC from October 2005 to September 2010, where they were a key member of the firm's Risk Management Committee. Bec also served as the Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Nationwide Financial Services Inc from June 2001 to October 2005, providing legal support and advising on regulatory and compliance matters for subsidiary broker-dealers and registered investment advisors. Bec acted as the Interim Chief Compliance Officer during a consolidation of business operations. Bec started their career as a Senior Counsel for Insurance Regulation at American Skandia Inc from September 1997 to May 2001, where they provided legal support for insurance and regulatory matters and established a company-wide compliance program.

Bec Bradley completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from Immaculata College in 1991. Bec then pursued their Juris Doctor degree in Law from Rutgers Law School, completing it between 1992 and 1996.
