Ralph Milne

Ralph Milne, MBA, JM, CAMS has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Ralph has held senior positions in finance, compliance, and risk analysis.

Starting in 2008, Milne worked as a Project Manager at Liberty Institutional Review Board. In this role, they managed projects and ensured compliance with regulations.

In 2009, Milne joined Edgewater High School as the Head Cheerleading Coach, where they led and mentored the cheerleading team until 2011.

Simultaneously, from 2009 to 2012, Milne served as a Financial Aid Counselor and Student Employment Coordinator at Stetson University. In this role, they facilitated financial aid and spearheaded innovative changes, resulting in cost savings.

In 2012, Milne transitioned to Charles Schwab, where they had multiple roles. As a Manager of Risk Analysis, they provided education on risk assessment and compliance to clients. Ralph also held the position of Client Relationship Specialist, managing relationships with investment advisors and handling a significant portfolio.

In 2016, Milne joined PwC as an Advisory Associate, where they provided compliance review, developed training programs, and led the development of compliance solutions.

Milne then moved to Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, in 2017, working as a Compliance Officer until 2021. Following that, they joined Pershing Advisor Solutions LLC as a Vice President in Compliance for a year.

In 2022, Milne became the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Altrius Capital Management, Inc., where they held a leadership role in managing compliance and operations.

Currently, since 2023, Milne works at BNY Mellon | Pershing as a Senior Vice President of Compliance.

Throughout their career, Milne has demonstrated expertise in compliance, risk analysis, project management, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues in the financial industry.

Ralph Milne has a Juris Masters degree in Securities Compliance from the Florida State University College of Law, obtained between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration at Stetson University from 2010 to 2012. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Stetson University, completed from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Ralph has obtained several certifications related to the financial industry, including the Series 24, Series 10, Series 27, Series 66, Series 7, and Series 9. Ralph also holds a certification in CAMS from ACAMS.
