Scott Topley

Scott Topley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Scott started their career as a Pharmacy Technician at Mast Pharmacy, where they performed various tasks, including medication storage management and customer service. Scott then joined the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board as a Sales Clerk, excelling in generating revenue and providing product recommendations to customers. After that, they worked as a Teller at TD Bank, handling financial transactions with a strong focus on fraud prevention and attention to detail. Scott gained experience in the financial services industry as a Client Services Intern at Ascensus, where they provided exceptional client service, processed transactions, and practiced effective communication. Scott further expanded their financial expertise as a Client Services Intern at Baker Tilly US, supporting clients with CARES act funding and the Navajo Nation project. Scott then transitioned into a role as a Financial Advisor at Karr Barth Associates, where they provided financial guidance to clients. Most recently, they worked at Merrill Edge as a Life Services Advisor, before moving on to their current role as a Lead Analyst at BNY Mellon | Pershing.

Scott Topley completed their Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Bucks County Community College from 2015 to 2018. Scott then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Fox School of Business at Temple University, where they are enrolled from 2019 to 2023. Additionally, Scott obtained various certifications, including Series 66 - Uniform Combined State Law Exam from NASAA in 2022, Series 7 - General Securities Representative from FINRA in 2021, Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP in 2020, and an Insurance Agent certification from PSI Services LLC in June 2021.
