Charlotte Ling

Charlotte Ling currently serves as Head of Group Internal Communications at Persimmon Homes, a position held since July 2021. Previously, Charlotte led internal communications for Europe at PepsiCo from May 2019 to June 2021 and worked as a Communications Consultant at Greensea Communications, focusing on internal and change communications for various clients. Experience also includes a long tenure at Johnson Controls, where Charlotte was Senior Manager of Global Internal & Change Communications, with a notable assignment as Global Director of Internal and Executive Communications. Charlotte's earlier roles include Public Relations Account Director at Phoenix plc and External Communications Manager at Investors in People. Charlotte holds CIPR qualifications and degrees from Cranfield School of Management and the University of Exeter.
