Manashi Hazarika

Manashi Hazarika has worked in various Human Resources roles since 2013. Manashi began their career as a Human Resources Account Manager at UnicornHead Online Ventures India Pvt. Ltd. in 2013. In 2015, they moved to Amazon as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2018, they joined Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) as an HRBP. Currently, they are the Director, HR Head at Persistence Labs since 2022.

Manashi Hazarika has a Master's degree in MBA in Human Resources from Ramaiah Institute Of Management (MSRIM) from 2011 to 2013. Before that, they had a Master's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Guru Jambheshwar University from 2009 to 2011. Manashi also has a Bachelor of Arts - BA in English Language and Literature, General from Gauhati University from 2006 to 2009.
