Erin Bice

Erin Bice is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, LLC since January 2022. Previously, Erin held several roles at Gateway-Longview, Inc., including Vice President of Human Resources, where strategic HR direction was provided to management and employees. Additional experience includes positions at HDM Hydraulics, NCO Financial Systems, and ClientLogic, covering various HR functions such as benefits administration and compliance management. Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics from Buffalo State University and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Genesee Community College.
