Jason Horwitz is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef for a personal chef service since March 2021, Jason has previously held significant positions including Executive Chef at Skipjacks Crabhouse and Executive Chef at Wicked Sisters, where responsibilities included kitchen design and menu development. As a Chef De Cuisine at multiple establishments, Jason contributed to the launch of innovative dining experiences, including the opening of ITALIAN DISCO for Atlas Restaurant Group. A graduate of Baltimore International Culinary College, Jason’s career also encompasses management roles at Whole Foods Market and Embassy Suites, where operational excellence and high-quality food service were priorities.
