Steve Bush

Steve joined Personal Group as Group Operations Director in January 2022 bringing over 30 years of Insurance, Banking and Financial Services experience to the role.

His previous experience includes Director of People Operations and Projects working in the HR division of Equiniti. He is an accomplished people leader specialising in operational excellence, lean and business change and believes that our people are at the heart of everything we do, and that’s the foundation to providing a great customer and client experience.

His background has seen him lead numerous sales and service teams both in Equiniti prior to his move into HR in 2019, and for RBS during his fifteen-year tenure with them where he led both Banking, Credit Card and Insurance teams.
