María Florencia Barragan

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition, education, and business management. As the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store that offers organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has served as Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and was the Owner/Manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also worked as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a University Lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
