María José Ternavasio

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has developed an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the position of assistant compliance officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, practice as a nutritionist at a private consulting office, and serving as a university instructor on subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of General Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
