Monica Gupta

Monica Gupta, PhD, PMP, has extensive experience in scientific program management and project leadership within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Scientific Program Management at Personalis, Inc. since May 2020, Monica leads cross-functional teams in the integration of genomics and immuno-oncology on NGS data, while improving project management tools and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards. Prior experience includes managing strategic projects at Taconic Biosciences, where Monica facilitated the introduction of new products and services, and worked with top biotech firms to enhance scientific capabilities. Roles at the New York State Department of Health and the National Institutes of Health involved significant research contributions in microbiology and immunology, culminating in a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and earlier degrees in Microbiology from C.C.S University.
