Michael White's work experience starts with their current role as the Sr. Director of Menu & Pricing Analytics at Fishbowl, where they help restaurant brands achieve revenue and profit goals through strategic menu management and econometric pricing analysis. Michael combines their restaurant operations knowledge with data and statistical models to optimize revenue and traffic performance for their clients.

Before that, they held various roles at TGI Fridays, including Assistant General Manager, Regional Beverage Commissioner, and Kitchen Manager, where they trained managers and set up a training program for new kitchen managers.

Their earliest work experience includes being the General Manager and Operations Crew Leader at Tim Hortons from 2003 to 2005.

Michael White completed their Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Buffalo State University in the years 2008 to 2011. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University in the years 2011 to 2012.
