Ben Mercer

Ben Mercer has worked in the digital marketing industry since 2008. In 2008, they began their career as a Business Development Manager at Isobar. In 2012, they moved to Amplience as an Account Director. Two years later, they joined Optimizely as an Account Director. In 2016, they became a Digital Experience Consultant at Sitecore. In 2017, they were the VP UK, Ireland & Nordics at True Fit Corporation. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Co-founder & CCO of Personify XP, the world's first anonymous personalisation platform.

Ben Mercer completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2020, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to this, they obtained a Business degree from Durham University from 2005 to 2008, specializing in Business, Finance, and Management. Ben also attended Lancing College from 2000 to 2005.
