Ciarae Schumann has a strong background in customer success enablement and change management. Ciarae is currently working as the Head of CX Enablement at Personio since June 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Salesforce, including Director of Customer Success Enablement and Regional Graduate Lead for the UK. Ciarae also has experience working at Microsoft as an Adoption & Change Management Consultant, where they focused on delivering structured change management programs to global enterprise customers, with a particular focus on Office 365. Ciarae started their career at TNT Express as an ENGIN Transfer Analyst.

Ciarae Schumann completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with first-class honors from Aston University in 2011. Ciarae also holds additional certifications, including Certified Strength Coach from Gallup (2021), Training and Development Management Short Course from the University of Cape Town (2020), Coaching for Business from City, University of London (2017), and various Salesforce certifications obtained in 2016. In 2011, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification, and in 2014, they became a Change Management Practitioner certified by Prosci.
