Mario Pluzny

Mario Pluzny is an experienced professional with a diverse background in localization and coaching. Currently serving as a Career Coach at Mario Pluzny Coaching since January 2024, Mario specializes in guiding Millennials in the tech sector towards meaningful careers. In addition to coaching, Mario holds the position of Localization Program Manager at Personio, where responsibilities include managing multi-language releases and implementing AI-powered translation solutions. Previous roles include significant contributions at Twitter and Tenable, enhancing localization processes and quality.
