Michael Fladerer

Michael Fladerer has work experience in multiple companies and roles. Michael started their career as a Finance Manager at Hochschule Augsburg in 2014 and held that position until 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Calii Love for a brief period. From 2018 onwards, they joined Personio, where they had various roles. Michael started as an Inbound Sales representative, helping to develop HR and applicant management software. In 2019, they became a Junior Account Executive, focusing on converting leads into customers and negotiating with HR managers and directors. Later, they served as an Account Executive Midmarket DACH & Mentor, responsible for the German-speaking market. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Team Lead at Personio, starting in May 2022.

Michael Fladerer attended the Pichilemu Institute of Language Studies in 2017, where they studied Spanish. In 2013, they participated in an exchange semester at Mykolas Romeris University, focusing on Finance. Michael then went on to complete a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Law at Hochschule Hof from 2011 to 2014.
