Amir Malka

Amir Malka has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Amir started their career as a Supply Chain Project Manager at L'Oréal from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they worked at Tower Semiconductor as an Engineering Project Manager and later as a Manager of Product Management and Upstream Marketing from 2010 to 2015. In 2016, they joined Henkel as a Senior Manager of Portfolio Management, where they implemented a robust project management system and mentored project teams. From 2018 to 2022, Amir worked at Edwards Lifesciences as a Senior Manager in the Project Management Office, where they elevated the local PMO to an enterprise level and optimized resource allocation. Currently, they are the Director of Project Management Office at Perspective Therapeutics, where they established an enterprise PMO function and streamlined project management processes.

Amir Malka obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Braude Academic College, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they hold several certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Inc., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from Management Solutions International (MSI), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, and PMP from PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter.
