Earnestine Williams, MS has over two decades of experience in human resources management. Earnestine began their career at Heick Die Casting Corporation as a Human Resource Manager, overseeing benefits administration, employee relations, and safety programs. Later, they joined the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, where they held various roles, including District HR Manager and Director of Employee Relations, focusing on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and compliance training. Currently, they serve as the VP of Human Resources at Perspectives Charter Schools, leading strategic solutions for organizational challenges and fostering an inclusive work environment.
Earnestine Williams holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from National Louis University.
