Paulina Kotowska

Paulina Kotowska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business mentoring, product support, and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Business Mentor at Perspektywy Women in Tech and Sieć Przedsiębiorczych Kobiet, Paulina focuses on mentoring women entrepreneurs in startups. Previously, as Global Product Support Director at FIS from January 2018 to July 2023, Paulina led a team of over 100 FTEs, providing functional and technical support for a diverse range of fintech solutions. Paulina has also held key roles at National Instruments, where responsibilities included growing service revenue and managing regional operations.
