Catherine Lai

Catherine Lai has gained significant experience in the field of human resources throughout their career. Beginning in 2007, they worked as an Assistant HR Manager at Mayflower Acme Tours Sdn Bhd. In 2009, they joined Warisan TC Holdings Berhad as a Group Asst HR Manager. Catherine then moved to Tan Chong Group in 2011, starting as an Industrial Relations Manager before progressing to roles such as Employee Relations Manager, Senior Manager, Industrial Relations, and Deputy General Manager Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People at Pertama Digital Berhad, a role they began in 2022.

Catherine Lai obtained an Executive Diploma in Human Resources Management & Development from MEF Academy in the year 2020.
