Louisa Cotter

Louisa Cotter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and management roles. Currently serving as the General Manager of Procurement at Perth Airport, Louisa has held titles such as Head of Procurement and Commercial Manager for Contracts and Procurement. Louisa also contributes to the community as Vice President for the Western Australia chapter of the Australia Philippines Business Council and as a Board Member of the ASEAN Business Alliance. In addition, Louisa serves as Secretariat for the Philippines Consulate in Western Australia. With a Master of Business Administration focused on Innovation and Leadership from the University of Canberra and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Edith Cowan University, Louisa brings a strong educational background to complement their professional expertise.
