Roger McNeill

Roger McNeill is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in global supply chain management. Currently serving as General Manager Procurement Africa at Rio Tinto since November 2018, Roger has held various leadership roles including General Manager Global Procurement and General Manager Global Indirect Procurement, overseeing procurement operations across multiple regions including Africa and Europe. Prior to this, Roger managed procurement and commercial services at Oyu Tolgoi LLC, and held senior procurement positions at Incitec Pivot Limited, Aurizon, Thiess, Quadrem, Conexa, Telecom New Zealand, and Sprint. Roger's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
