Dave Paunesku

Dave Paunesku is the executive director and co-founder of PERTS. Dave has a background in data management and analysis, which they gained from their previous positions at Northwestern University and McMaster-Carr. Dave is passionate about using data to drive decision-making and improve outcomes. Dave has used their skills to help PERTS create a data-driven approach to supporting students in their academic and social-emotional development.

Paunesku has both a doctorate and a bachelor's degree from prestigious universities. Dave first obtained their bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago before going on to earn their doctorate from Stanford University.
