Susan Colby

Susan Colby is an advisor at PERTS, a position they have held since December 2016. Prior to that, they were a partner at The Bridgespan Group from January 2000 to December 2010, and then CEO of the Stupski Foundation from January 2011 to December 2013. From January 1997 to December 2000, Ms. Colby was President of the Sustainable Development Sector at Monsanto. Susan began their career as a consultant at Bain & Company from January 1983 to December 1985, before joining McKinsey & Company in January 1987. Susan remained at McKinsey for 10 years, serving in various roles before becoming a partner in January 1997.

Susan Colby has a MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in International Relations and European Integration from American University.
