Monika Ledzion has a wealth of experience in the business world. Monika began their career in 2003 as a Specialist in Management and Monitoring of EU Programmes at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. In 2005, they took on the role of EU Unit Head at Citi. In 2016, they became a Senior Manager at the Capital Projects & Infrastructure for CEE at PwC Polska. In 2017, they were the CEO/Business Coordinator of PiCLe Games, a new technology (AR/VR/ HoloLens) movies and games production company. In 2018, they were the CEO of Meteo.pl, a service providing numerical weather forecasts in Poland based on AI models. Monika also served as the Head of Acceleration at an Accelerator and as the Business Coordinator Officer/Startup Mentor at the Warsaw University Incubator in 2018. Currently, they are the Global Growth Manager/Sustainability Partnership at Pessl Instruments GmbH, providing services in relation to AGTECH company's growth, expansion and go to market strategy.

Monika Ledzion attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 1997 to 2002, where they studied Banking and Finance/Management and Marketing. In 2010, they completed postgraduate studies at Collegium Civitas in Foresight and Strategic Planning. Monika is currently enrolled at Wageningen University & Research, where they are studying Data-driven agri-food business.
