Darwin Jake Radan is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at Pesto Restaurants Ltd since June 2022. Previously, Darwin held the position of Chef De Partie at Candelori's Restaurant & Bar from February 2020 to February 2021, where responsibilities included creating special menus and managing food costing and quality checks. Earlier in a lengthy tenure at Diamond Hotel Philippines from October 2012 to February 2020, Darwin advanced from Line Cook to Lead Line Cook, overseeing food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining sanitary kitchen conditions. Darwin also has experience as a butcher and an internship as a Cook at Makati Diamond Residences. Darwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Metropolitan College, completed in 2013.
