Jocelyn Depaling is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at Pesto Restaurants Ltd since May 2023, Jocelyn previously contributed to FRHI Hotels & Resorts from November 2012 to March 2022 as a Chef on the opening team, specializing in Japanese cuisine, along with Western, Asian, and Filipino dishes. Previous roles include Demi Chef De Partie at Royal Caribbean Group, focusing on appetizers and French specialties, and Dining Supervisor at MESA, overseeing staff and guest relations. Furthermore, Jocelyn gained foundational skills as Commis1 at Shangri-La Group, managing the Gardemanger and Commissary, with expertise in canapés, sandwiches, salads, and appetizers.
