Jocelyn Depaling

Jocelyn Depaling is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at Pesto Restaurants Ltd since May 2023, Jocelyn previously contributed to FRHI Hotels & Resorts from November 2012 to March 2022 as a Chef on the opening team, specializing in Japanese cuisine, along with Western, Asian, and Filipino dishes.
