Dena McGrath

Dena McGrath is a seasoned professional in client relationship management with significant experience in the employee benefits sector. Currently serving as the Client Relationship Manager at Pet Benefit Solutions since August 2019, Dena leads the Account Management Team, manages the EDI Department, and plays a key role in implementing pet benefits for new client groups. Prior to this, Dena held various positions, including Account Manager at Foresters Financial Services and Trainer and Client Relations roles at CommVault. Dena began the career as a Service Renewal Coordinator at Vonage and as a Customer Care Coordinator. Dena earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Kean University between 2001 and 2005.
