Hannah Scott has held various customer service related roles since 2015. In 2015, they began as a Client Service Associate at The Executive Centre, where they developed strong rapport with clients and assisted with enquiries and requirements. Hannah then became a Client Service Leader at the same company, where they acted as the 'face' of the company and was responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service.
