Santosh Pandit has worked in various roles across multiple companies since 2009. Santosh's work experience includes a Summer Intern role at Central Tool Room & Training Centre in 2010 and at National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) in 2009. Santosh then worked as a Senior Software Developer and DevOps Engineer at Target from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they were a Webmethod Developer at Woolworths Group and a Hybris Developer - Technical Lead at BIG W. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Site Reliability Engineer and Principal Site Reliability Engineer at WooliesX, and is currently a Site Reliability, Devops and Engineering Practice at Pet Circle.

In March 2020, they obtained an Azure Architect Design - AZ 301 certification from Udemy. In February 2021, they obtained a Data Science with Python certification from Udemy. In January 2021, they obtained a Certified Incident Responder certification from PagerDuty. In May 2021, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals, a Microsoft Certified Azure AI Fundamentals, and a Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft. In June 2021, they obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate certification from Microsoft.
