William Roney

William Roney began their career in 2007 as an Engineering Intern for Martin Marietta Materials. The following year, they joined Lehigh Hanson as a Mine Planning Engineer. In 2011, they moved to Volvo Construction Equipment as an Engineer. In 2012, they transitioned to Rio Tinto as a Senior Mine Engineer. In 2014, they returned to Bain & Company as a MBA Summer Associate. William then became a Consultant and Case Team Leader for Bain & Company in 2015. In 2019, they joined Pet Circle as the Head of Business Management, where they lead a Business Management team of over 10 people. William's team is responsible for developing and ranging new products, building strategic partnerships with suppliers, pricing and promotions, and merchandising their range across customer touchpoints. William was later promoted to VP Business Management.

William Roney obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Virginia Tech between 2004 and 2008. William then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School between 2013 and 2015.
