Aquib Razack

Aquib Razack has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations.

In 2019, they worked as an intern at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited, where they performed statistical analysis of stock data using Python. Aquib also had the opportunity to organize and attend meetings with high-profile clients.

In 2019, Aquib served as the Joint Secretary of the Music Club at BITS Pilani.

From December 2018 to December 2019, they worked as the Coordinator in the Department of Controls for BOSM, the sports fest of BITS Pilani. In this role, they led a diverse group of over 30 students and handled all operational and logistical aspects of the event, which attracted over 8000 participants from different colleges across the country.

In 2020, Aquib joined Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. Aquib worked on a project titled "Optimizing Traffic Intersections using Reinforcement Learning" under the mentorship of Dr. Rajiv Gupta, Senior Professor. Aquib built reinforcement learning models using Python and SUMO to regulate traffic flow and minimize wait times for vehicles at intersections.

Currently, Aquib works at Petasense as a Full Stack Developer. Aquib started as a Web Development Intern from July 2020 to December 2020. Later, they took up the role of a Full Stack Developer from January 2021 to May 2021, and they continue to hold this position from June 2021 onwards.

Aquib Razack completed their high school education at Rajagiri Public School in Kalamassery from 2004 to 2017. During this time, they studied subjects such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English.

After completing high school, Aquib Razack enrolled at Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani. From 2017 to 2021, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering.

Aquib Razack also obtained additional certifications. In August 2019, they completed a Machine Learning course from Coursera. Additionally, in July 2019, they obtained a certification in Python and Statistics for Financial Analysis, also from Coursera.
