Kyle Partridge

Kyle Partridge currently serves as the eCommerce Director at Petbuddy Group (PBG) since October 2025. Previously at Pets Choice Ltd, Kyle held the position of eCommerce - Business Unit Controller from February 2021 to September 2025, where significant achievements included leading the eCommerce B2B channel to multi-million-pound success and achieving the highest PCOGS growth percentage in the UK pet industry on Amazon in 2024. With extensive experience in managing entire eCommerce operations, including full P&L accountability, commercial strategy development, and Amazon operations management, Kyle has demonstrated expertise across various roles in eCommerce and retail management throughout a career spanning over fifteen years, including positions at Pentel UK, Design Objectives (docrafts) Ltd, and AllSaints. Kyle holds a Foundation degree in Management and Leadership from ILM.
