Megan Scharpen

Megan Scharpen is a seasoned professional with expertise in talent development and onboarding coordination. Currently serving as the Senior Workday Talent Development Administrator at Petco since February 2023, Megan previously worked at Huron from August 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating onboarding activities for new team members and leading the implementation of Workday modules across diverse institutions. Earlier experience also includes a role as a Program Intern at Torrey Honors College, where support was provided in data analysis, scheduling, and content development. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Biola University, completed in 2019.
