Lisa M. has a strong background in the beauty industry, with experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. Lisa began their career as a Licensed Beauty Advisor at SEPHORA in January 2020 and worked there until May 2022. Lisa then became a Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty from August 2019 to January 2020. Lisa also gained valuable experience as a Hairstylist at Drybar from January 2019 to June 2019. In May 2021, they transitioned to a Wholesale Beauty Intern role at THG, where they worked until December 2021. Following this, they were a Marketing Intern for Beauty Brands at THG from December 2021 to May 2022. Lisa's next role at THG was as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Beauty Brands from June 2022 to June 2023.
