Matthew Loades

Matthew Loades is an experienced performance analyst in professional football, currently serving as the First Team Performance Analyst and Head of Academy Analysis at Peterborough United Football Club since June 2021. Previously, Matthew held the position of First Team Analyst at King's Lynn Town Football Club from August 2020 to June 2021 and worked as an U15-16 Analyst and Pompey in the Community Coach at Portsmouth Football Club Ltd from September 2016 to August 2020. Earlier roles include Lead Academy Performance Analyst, Academy Performance Analyst, and Academy Coach at Peterborough United Football Club, along with experience as a Soccer Centre Coach at Cambridge United Football Club. Matthew's education includes an undergraduate degree in Sport Management and Development from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2020, following studies at Long Road Sixth Form College and Witchford Village College.
