Daniel Y.

Daniel Y. is an experienced food industry professional specializing in product development and process management. Currently serving as NPD and Process Manager at Zorba Foods since February 2023, Daniel has also held the role of Product Development Technologist at Peters Food Service since August 2016, and previously worked as Development Chef at The Abergavenny Fine Food Co. from January 2015 to August 2016. Daniel has demonstrated expertise in developing meal solutions, party foods, snacks, dairy, and desserts from concept to launch. Prior to these roles, Daniel gained extensive experience as a freelance consultant and chef, working in various high-level assignments, including as Head Chef at The Crown at Burchetts Green and Sous Chef at Forburys Restaurant. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology and Processing from The Manchester Metropolitan University, earned between 2011 and 2014.
