Daniel Y. is an experienced food industry professional specializing in product development and process management. Currently serving as NPD and Process Manager at Zorba Foods since February 2023, Daniel has also held the role of Product Development Technologist at Peters Food Service since August 2016, and previously worked as Development Chef at The Abergavenny Fine Food Co. from January 2015 to August 2016.
