Eboni R. Prior to their teaching roles, Eboni R. Allen worked in various customer service and hospitality positions, including as a Server at Red Lobster and Bowl New England, and as a Shift Manager at Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN, where responsibilities included accurate accounting and food quality maintenance. Eboni's experience also encompasses customer service roles at Telvista Inc. and bartending/server duties at Olive Garden. Eboni R. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Averett University and is pursuing a Master's of Science in Higher Education with a focus on Student Affairs from Kaplan University.
